Acting is reacting to whatever you see or feel happening around you. I learnt this during rehearsals for Agatha Christie’s ‘The Mousetrap’ in 2002 in Dhaka. We used to rehearse in this room called BTA 100 in NSU.
Not only is this true in theatre, but also in real life. Everything depends on how you react to what the other person says or does. Sometimes, how you react plays a big role in deciding the next step in your life.
What would it be like to wake up in the morning and just covering your face up with a thick base of foundation, hiding the eyes with dark shades and wearing green lipstick to work, or to meet friends, or meet with the ones in the ‘scene’ who make everything happen for you? Would you be able to bear with all the scorns, ‘tsk tsks’ and the rolling of the eyes?
I think you very well would.

hmm... good question..... you react accordingly to what u see around. u wud give rapid answers during a heated argument with ur BF or GF but react a little later than usual upon hearing about ur loved one's death... another bit of random thought:)
hmmm...since we are on a random rampage (and annoyingly enuff you seem to make sense whatever you say! everytime:S)...where does one's dream fall into?! Shouldn't we react to those dreams we have (good/happy ones...lol)!..or do we always have to wake up and eat the crap that reality serves us!?grgrgrgr...

What do you say to this…if a guy liked a girl (ah so typical…coming from a guy! :p :D) not knowing what the girl’s ‘reaction’(thank god for this word ‘reaction’, I am still trying my best to keep this streak of comments alive by pulling in the key word under the original post…lol) is going to be…….. what should he do? Maintain status quo until he sees the light or follow his heart and blurt all out…?

you are very thoughtful...and yes you are right...our reactions do determine the following events which is going to happen to us...which requires us to think before doing or saying anything!
